The physical security relies on advanced techniques of "tamper evidence" , "tamper resistance" and "tamper responsiveness"; each tampering attempt is captured by a network of sophisticated sensors and blocks the terminal; the recovery is possible only in a secure environment.
The logical security relies on Fixed, MK/SK, DUKPT key management policies and TDES, RSA, SHA-1 cryptography algorithms.
